LITEC X and H Series Truss and Structures - 13 end-plated aluminium truss series, plus towers, ground support and custom geometry, stocked and supported Australia wide by TSA
Truss that carries the whole show.
The LITEC X and H end-plated system - 13 series from flat ladder to heavy square, plus the towers, spans and custom geometry built from them. Stocked in Australia, engineered to your load.
Five families.
One plate system.
Every LITEC series ends in the same die-cast plate, so families mix, extend and reuse across years. Start from the cross-section your span and look call for, then scale the series.

LITEC truss specifications, in one table.
| Range | 13 series: flat FX25/FX30SA, triangular TX25/TX30/TH30SA, square QX25/QX30/QX40/QH30/QH40SA (and Z variants), rectangular RH40SA |
|---|---|
| Profile and chord | QX30SA: 29 x 29 cm, chord O50 x 2 mm; QH40SA: 40 x 40 cm, chord D48 x 3 mm |
| Alloy | EN AW-6082 T6 (FX25SA and TX25SA use 6060 T6) |
| Span and load | QH40SA UDL 3650 kg/m at 1 m, 1213 kg/m at 3 m, 50 kg/m at 18 m; max tabled span 18 m |
| Weight per length | QX30SA 2 m: 11.8 kg; QH40SA 2 m: 17.2 kg |
| Connector | Die-cast end plate, double-cone spigot or concealed nut-and-bolt; kits QXFC (quick-fit) and QXSM10 (bolt) |
| Curves | Custom: minimum radius 1 m, arc segments no longer than 4 m |
Published loads are LITEC catalogue values on the spigot connection (EN 1999-1-1). A bolted connection reduces performance.

One plate.
Every structure.
Truss is the engineered aluminium framework that carries lighting, audio, scenery, screens and performers above a stage or floor. TSA stocks the LITEC X and H end-plated system: flat ladder to heavy square, plus the towers, ground-support roofs, long spans and curved features built from it. Part of the Lifting & Rigging range.
Every section ends in the same die-cast plate, so truss bought years apart still bolts up true. The plate takes a double-cone spigot for fast load-in or a concealed bolt for clean sides: use the toggle to compare.

Four jobs, one system.
Touring & live events
Square grids and ground-support roofs that load in fast and travel.
Performing-arts venues
Fixed grids, fly-tower truss and house rigs, engineered and certified.
Stadiums & events
Long spans, towers and ballasted ground support for arenas and big rooms.
Film, TV & studios
Lighting grids and centre-hung screen support, quiet and quick to rig.
Pick the section,
not the compromise.
Thirteen series on one end plate, in five cross-sections. Pick by span and load.
Ladder truss for grids and infill.
Ladder truss for lighting grids, scenic infill and banner supports. FX30SA carries up to 935 kg/m at a 1 m span and integrates with the square 29 cm system.
Long reach, low profile.
Slim bent-profile diagonals keep long spans visually quiet, for arches and feature spans. TX is the standard line; TH adds the anti-torsion Heavy build where the load climbs.
The workhorse of the range.
The default for overhead rigging, exhibition and touring: QX30SA balances weight, size and load. Step up to QX40SA for higher payloads and tower duty, or down to QX25SA where weight and budget lead.
Maximum payload and tower duty.
Thicker Ø48 x 3 mm tubes and an anti-torsion build for maximum payload, long spans and tower truss. Z central-chord variants centre-hang LED walls and balanced loads.
High capacity, compact footprint.
40 cm deep for capacity, 29 cm wide to stay compact: for where a square 40 would be too bulky. Junctions use the Heavy-Duty Dado box system, in any direction.
Not sure which series your structure needs? Send the span, the load and where it hangs or stands, and we will spec it and supply it from Australian stock. Truss pairs with the EXE Rise chain hoists, Atlas controllers and the full rigging line.

Questions
about truss & structures.
If your question isn't here, send your span and load - we'll come back with the right series and a load plan.
Call 1300 439 872 →- Double-cone spigot (QXFC quick-fit): fastest to assemble, full published load rating. The default for touring and temporary rigs.
- Concealed bolt (QXSM): hidden in the section for clean, snag-free sides. Suits permanent and architectural installs. Reduced rating, so we size it to your load.
- 6 m of tri truss: two 3 m or three 2 m TX30SA lengths with connection kits
- Two 500 kg EXE Rise chain hoists with 10 m of chain
- Truss lifting brackets and 2 t girder clamps
- Motor cables and a basic 4-way controller with pendant
- Step up to QX30SA square truss: the same package stretches to 9 m spans on 1000 kg hoists
- Freestanding and outdoor: we quote LITEC pre-engineered ground-support structures, including sloping roofs engineered for wind
