Across the lifecycle

Wherever you start, we come back.

  1. Most venues start here

    Identify

Site audit, asset register, defensible engineering report. We start with what you already have.

  2. Get it engineered right

    Specify

Drawings, load plans, documentation. Engineered to the standards your insurer asks for.

  3. Around your dates

    Deliver

Supply, install, commission. Programmed around your dark weeks and term breaks.

  4. The partner that comes back

    Maintain

We come back. On schedule. Documented. Recertified for the next twelve months.

Not sure what you have above your stage? That is normal - most venues start exactly there. A Venue Systems Health Check turns unknowns into an asset register and a plan, whichever of the eleven rooms you run.

TSA works across eleven industries: theatres and performing arts centres, schools and education, worship venues, stadiums and live events, AV and production hire companies, touring productions, film and TV studios, museums and galleries, dance studios, corporate and conference venues, and government and civic venues. The same in-house capability sits behind every sector - rigging, drapes, scenery, automation, compliance and installation - delivered Australia wide.

Start with the page closest to how your room is used most, not how it is named - a council-owned hall that hosts school productions reads best through Government & Civic Venues, while a church that runs concerts reads well through Worship. If two pages both fit, that is normal: multi-purpose venues are most of our work. A Venue Systems Health Check covers the whole room regardless of category.

The disciplines and the standards are the same - rated rigging, FR-rated soft goods, documented engineering sign-off. What changes is the delivery: a school install is programmed into a term break with operator training at handover, while an arena job is engineered around a bump-in window with load plans signed off before the trucks arrive. Each industry page speaks to how your room actually runs.

Start with a Venue Systems Health Check. A TSA technician surveys the stage systems in your venue - rigging, hoists, drapes, tracks and controls - and hands you an asset register and a defensible engineering report, so you know exactly what you have and what needs attention first. It is the standard first step for venues in every one of our eleven industries.

Yes. TSA inspects, certifies and maintains installed stage machinery regardless of who originally supplied it, and the documentation we hand over is built to stand up to your insurer and your auditor. Where equipment is not fit to certify, the report says so plainly, with a specified path to fix it.

We'll meet you there.
