What an asset register is

One ID,
tracked through time.

An asset register is the running record of every lifting and rigging item in your venue. Each item keeps one Asset ID, so its condition, certificate and service history are real, not reconstructed the night an auditor asks. It is the Identify groundwork under Compliance & Service and the index your Venue Systems Health Check report is built around.

    Programme keeps it current

    The Service & Inspection Programme updates each grade and certificate every visit, raising your Due-Diligence Level year on year.

    Certificate on the record

    Every chain hoist is load-tested and certified, typically for 12 months, and the certificate lives on the asset's record.
