Asset Register Management - TSA builds and maintains your venue's lifting and rigging asset register as part of inspection: a persistent Asset ID per item, one certificate per asset, and year-on-year condition history
Know what you own. Year on year.
An asset register is the running record of every lifting and rigging item in your venue - each given a persistent Asset ID and tracked for condition, certification and service history. TSA builds and maintains yours as part of inspection, in-house by our Competent Inspection Officers.
Every load-bearing asset.
Identified and accounted for.
The register holds the stage equipment that lifts, flies and holds load - each item given a persistent Asset ID and tracked year on year. It is scoped to your stage systems, not your whole building. Here is what we register.
Powered hoists
Electric chain hoists and pile (winch) hoists - each given a unique Asset ID, with its load-test figures and certificate held against it.

One ID,
tracked through time.
An asset register is the running record of every piece of lifting and rigging equipment in your venue - each item given a persistent Asset ID and tracked year on year for condition, certification and service history. TSA builds and maintains yours as part of inspection: a line-by-line grading summary, one certificate per asset, and a clear view of what's in service, what's due, and what's been rectified.
Because the Asset ID persists, the same item is followed across every visit - so its history is real, not reconstructed from memory the night an auditor asks. It is the Identify groundwork beneath the full Compliance & Service programme, and the index your Venue Systems Health Check report is built around.
Hoist BB0147. One persistent Asset ID, followed across years: in service, then flagged due for major service, then rectified, then retired and replaced - with the grade and certificate held against it every visit.
Four jobs, one record.
A record you can
act on, and defend.
The register is not a spreadsheet of guesses. Every item carries a persistent Asset ID and a full record - identity, capacity, compliance, grade and history - graded and dated so it supports your maintenance planning, your insurer and your board.
One ID per asset, the record built around it.
Each item gets a persistent Asset ID and a full per-item record - identity, capacity, compliance, grade and the next service due - so you can find any asset and read its full status at a glance.
The register is built from inspection - the Venue Systems Health Check populates it, and the ongoing Service & Inspection Programme keeps it current, raising your Due-Diligence Level year on year. Either way, every chain hoist is load-tested and certified - typically for 12 months - and that certificate lives on the asset's record.
From a single
hall to a flagship.
The same method scales from a regional hall to a major arts centre - every load-bearing asset given a persistent ID, graded and certified, and tracked year on year.
