Hoist control, engineered in Australia.
The Atlas range runs every chain hoist in the rig - fixed-speed to position-aware, 4 to 24 channels, all 24V SELV. Designed, built and supported by the team that installs and services them.
Every Atlas controller shares the same 24V SELV control and Wieland 6-pole hoist connectors, so models mix and grow within one rig. Start with the unit that matches your venue, then scale it.

See the specsA hoist controller is the command desk for a chain-hoist rig. It feeds power to each motor, sets direction, and brings every load to a stop on one E-Stop. The Atlas range covers all of it - from straightforward fixed-speed units to position-aware touchscreen systems.
All four controllers are designed and built in Australia by the TSA engineering team, on a shared 24V SELV control platform with industry-standard Wieland 6-pole connectors. That common standard is the point: a venue or hire company can mix models and grow a system instead of replacing it. It is one part of the full Lifting & Rigging range.

Four controllers on one control platform. Each is the right answer to a different room - here is how they differ, and how to spec the one your rig needs.
Every unit shares 24V SELV control and Wieland 6-pole outputs, so models mix within a system. Channel counts: Basic 4 to 16, Pro 8 to 24, Toggle 8, Smart 8 (12 linked). E-Stop removes motor supply on all; Pro and Toggle add Category 3 (SIL2) circuits.
The straightforward unit: illuminated channel select, a global up and down, and a manual phase selector. Linkable up to 8 units, so one pendant runs every selected hoist across the rig. Light alloy chassis with handles - the fit for schools, hire stock and smaller venues.
Adds the control a busy venue or tour leans on: automatic phase detection and correction, full channel selection from the pendant, and Bump Mode for fine single-channel positioning. The E-Stop is designed to AS 4024 Category 3 (SIL2) with dual redundant circuits. Powder-coated steel chassis, up to 24 channels in one unit.
Eight channels, each with a latching toggle switch and an LED direction indicator. Set some hoists up and others down, then press GO - no deselecting and reselecting mid-move. The E-Stop runs on a safety PLC with dual redundant cross-checked circuits to Category 3. Daisy-chain to grow capacity.
A modular touchscreen controller. The base unit handles selection, naming, user access and fault diagnosis; add the encoder interface for preset positions and recall, or the load-cell interface for real-time load monitoring with over and underload limits. Networks up to 12 units, with an optional 7-inch touchscreen pendant.
Not sure which unit your rig needs? Tell us the channel count, the venue, and whether you need position memory or per-channel direction, and we will spec it. Controllers pair with the EXE Rise chain hoist range and the full rigging line.
Designed, built and supported in Australia - the same team that specs the controller installs it and services it.
