What the Programme is

We come back,
so you don't have to chase it.

The Service & Inspection Programme is an ongoing, contracted relationship that keeps your stage systems safe, compliant and performing - scheduled inspections, preventative maintenance, and a documented service history, delivered in-house by people who know your venue. A Venue Systems Health Check tells you where you stand; the Programme keeps you there, and builds the year-on-year record your insurer, board and asset planning rely on.

Each visit is scheduled around your performance calendar, not through it. We inspect against published discard criteria, service in-situ, renew certificates before they lapse, and keep your Due-Diligence Level climbing on paper. It is the Maintain step in the full Compliance & Service offer.

Annual or bi-annual visits 50+ standards assessed against 12 mo per-asset certificates 1-5 Due-Diligence Level Year on year service history
Programme cadence · year on year Annual or bi-annual
A blueprint process loop showing what happens on every scheduled visit: inspect against discard criteria, service in place, recertify before certificates lapse, and document to the asset register - with a return arrow marked next visit, on your calendar. Below, a documented service-history bar accumulates across Year 1, Year 2 and Year 3. EVERY SCHEDULED VISIT WE COME BACK 01 02 03 04 INSPECT SERVICE RECERTIFY DOCUMENT against discard criteria in-situ, on the same visit before the old certificate lapses to your asset register NEXT VISIT - SCHEDULED AROUND YOUR PERFORMANCE CALENDAR, NOT THROUGH IT DOCUMENTED SERVICE HISTORY + baseline report + year 2 record + year 3 record

The record compounds. Each scheduled visit inspects, services, recertifies and documents in one pass - and the year-on-year history it builds is the due-diligence evidence your insurer and board rely on.

What's included

A programme you can
run on, and defend.

A programme is not an annual phone call. Each scheduled visit combines inspection, maintenance and certification, and adds to a documented service history - so your stage systems stay safe between visits and your record stands up to scrutiny.

Scheduled inspectionsAnnual or bi-annual, set to your use and risk, and booked around your performance calendar.Scheduled
Preventative maintenance visitsLubrication, alignment and tensioning across fly systems, hoists, drapes and tracks and stage machinery - wear monitored against discard criteria, with functional checks of brakes, limits and emergency stops.Preventative
Minor corrective maintenance in-situSmall fixes done on the visit, so the obvious does not wait for the next quote.Corrective
Electrical Test & TagPowered hoists and stage equipment tested and tagged to AS/NZS 3760.AS/NZS 3760
Per-asset certificationCertificates across your systems - every load-tested electric chain hoist gets its own, typically valid 12 months, with rigging and height-safety equipment certified item by item.Certified
Documented service history + asset registerPersistent Asset IDs tracked year on year, so the record never restarts when staff change.Register
Maintenance Priority ListAssets grouped by urgency, so "something's wrong" becomes a costed, ordered plan.Priorities
Year-on-year Due-Diligence trackingYour venue's maintenance culture rated 1-5 and tracked, as WHS due-diligence evidence.Level 1-5

The Programme keeps you there, on schedule.

It is the Maintain step: an ongoing relationship where the same deliverables repeat on an annual or bi-annual cadence, building a documented history that raises your Due-Diligence Level.

Or start with a Health Check

A Venue Systems Health Check tells you where you are; the Service & Inspection Programme keeps you there - across your fly systems, hoists, drapes and tracks, rigging hardware, height safety and stage machinery - with scheduled visits and a documented history that builds your Due-Diligence Level year on year. Each visit folds in the work that also stands alone: annual inspection and recertification, and electrical Test & Tag to AS/NZS 3760 - with every system serviced against the standards that apply to it.

A Health Check is a one-off, documented inspection that tells you where your systems stand today. The Programme is the ongoing relationship that keeps them there - scheduled visits, maintenance and certification, with a service history that builds year on year.
Typically yearly - though some systems are inspected two or even four times a year, depending on the system, its use and its risk. Visits are scheduled in advance and worked around your performance calendar, not through it.
That depends on your systems. A programme may include - depending on what you run - scheduled inspections, preventative and minor corrective maintenance, electrical Test & Tag, per-asset certificates, a documented service history and asset register, and a Maintenance Priority List, all tracked against your Due-Diligence Level.
Hoist and rigging systems are typically serviced on a 12-month interval, with some systems on a shorter cycle - lubrication, alignment and tensioning, wear monitored against published discard criteria, and functional testing of brakes, limits and emergency stops, with minor corrective work done in-situ and documented. Keeping to the interval is what protects warranty cover and long-term serviceability.
Yes. The documented history and per-asset certification stand as due-diligence evidence that your venue is maintaining its stage systems to recognised standards.
TSA's own Competent Inspection Officers and technicians, in-house, Australia wide - the same people across visits, so they know your systems.
