We worked with the manufacturer and trained our staff, so the venue's retractable seating is no longer serviced by someone flown from Europe.
Sydney Coliseum Theatre has a retractable seating bank that needs specialised annual service. In the past, that meant a technician flown in from Europe.
We worked with the manufacturer, and our staff completed specialised training on the system. The venue now has a local team that can service the seating bank, support future works and respond when something breaks, which saves the venue both the travel and the wait.
