A legend's collection in one darkened room at the MCG

Our Show Works workshop built the fit-out for Warne: Treasures of a Legend, since extended to March 2027.

The job Australian Sports Museum, MCG

Warne: Treasures of a Legend presents 48 items from Shane Warne's personal collection, including the 1993 Gatting Ball, at the Australian Sports Museum at Gate 3 of the MCG. The Melbourne Cricket Club Foundation acquired the collection from the Warne family. Corinne Balaam designed the exhibition.

It is a single darkened room under a red curtain surround. A central illuminated drum carries the baggy green, with a ring of cylinder cases around it, while glass showcases and sepia-toned graphic panels line the walls. Our Show Works workshop built it for a December 2025 opening, and demand has since extended the run to March 2027.
